Well, my fitness plan flopped. So here I go again. Another Monday, another month. My birthday is over so that sure helps.
I am considering zumba, belly dancing, spinning.....like I said....considering. Until then I don't want to hurt myself. It is also time for me to pull out my handy dandy mini-trampoline and just start jumping.
