Well, my fitness plan flopped. So here I go again. Another Monday, another month. My birthday is over so that sure helps.

I am considering zumba, belly dancing, spinning.....like I said....considering. Until then I don't want to hurt myself. It is also time for me to pull out my handy dandy mini-trampoline and just start jumping.

Hi, Diane - I do love zumba, it's fun and intense...still doing nia and yoga and walking, but i think if I make fitness and fun my goal instead of weight loss, it makes it more fun and easier to stick to....

Do Zumba- Love it, plus it helps me loosen up my hips and enjoy the curves!! Hey, are you doing a mini-marathon? There is a marathon in Jax. Floida in Dec. that people around here are doing, including my husband. As a novice, I am not committing to that, but am setting a goal to at least run for 30 minutes without passing out! So I will be cheering the rest of them on, and hoping that one day I will get the umph to train for one myself. Ok- off to Zumba for me!
